GDPR and cookies
TYRA is built for preschools in the EU, so the General Data Protection Regulation shapes both the product and this website.
Your rights under the GDPR
- Access — request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
- Rectification — ask us to correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
- Erasure — ask us to delete your data where there is no overriding legal obligation to keep it.
- Restriction — ask us to limit how we use your data.
- Portability — receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format.
- Objection — object to processing based on legitimate interests.

Data processing agreements
Preschools using TYRA remain the data controller. We act as processor under a data processing agreement, process data only on documented instructions, and store data within the EU/EEA.
Reporting a concern
If you believe your data has been handled incorrectly, contact us first via the contact page. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your national supervisory authority — in Sweden, IMY.
